Sanect is a Layer 1 blockchain that provides Ethereum-compatible smart contract execution with native, opt-in transaction privacy. Built on a dual stack of an EVM execution layer and Cosmos SDK consensus, Sanect enables shielded transfers using Noir zk-SNARKs on Barretenberg’s universal SRS — a system requiring no per-circuit trusted setup ceremony. The network uses CometBFT BFT consensus with a 50-validator active set (unlimited registrations, top 50 by stake), targeting ~400 ms block finality. SNCT is the native token, with one billion at genesis and a Cosmos Hub-style auto-adjusting inflation curve (7%–20% targeting 67% bonded). Sanect mainnet (chain ID 7628) launched on 22 June 2026. A testnet (chain ID 76287) runs alongside for development.
