SNCT is not a security
SNCT is a utility token used to pay transaction fees, stake to secure the network and participate in governance. It is not offered as an investment contract and represents no equity, debt or ownership interest in any entity. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell SNCT or any digital asset.
Testnet tokens have no value
SNCT distributed on the testnet (chain ID 76287) is for testing only. It has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for mainnet SNCT or currency. Do not send real money for testnet SNCT. Mainnet SNCT (chain ID 7628) is the live network token.
Technology risk
Blockchain technology and cryptographic protocols carry inherent risks: smart-contract vulnerabilities, protocol bugs, private-key loss and regulatory uncertainty. The external audit of the Sanect protocol is underway and not complete. Use the network at your own risk and do not transact with more than you can afford to lose.
Regulatory uncertainty
The regulatory status of blockchain protocols, digital assets and privacy technology varies by jurisdiction and may change. It is your responsibility to determine whether using the protocol complies with the laws applicable to you. Users in jurisdictions that prohibit or restrict privacy technology or digital assets should not use the protocol.
Sanctions compliance
You agree not to use the protocol or services to circumvent economic sanctions. If you are located in, or a national or resident of, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions (including those maintained by OFAC, HM Treasury, the EU or the UN), you are prohibited from using the Services.

The roadmap describes planned milestones. They are not guarantees and may be delayed, modified or cancelled depending on audit outcomes, technical discoveries or regulatory developments. No financial commitments should be made on the basis of roadmap projections.
